Cara Dudley

Cara Dudley is the Director of Development and Relationships for Kaleidoscope Park, with expertise in corporate engagement and development across both nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Previously, she spent nearly a decade at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas building impactful partnerships and curating unique experiences for corporate partners and community members to drive growth, innovation, and community impact in North Texas. Cara’s dedication to bringing diverse groups together for meaningful connection and fellowship underscores her commitment to enhancing community spaces and cultural initiatives. Known for strategic thinking and relationship management, Cara brings a unique blend of purpose-driven strategy and business acumen to every initiative.

Cara earned her undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University and bachelor’s in business administration from the University of North Texas. She and her family are proud Frisco residents and spend much of their time together at the park, where her children enjoy the play area and the variety of captivating performances and events. Cara is excited to bring her passion for building strong relationships and implementing effective fundraising strategies to drive meaningful growth for Kaleidoscope Park.
