Our 2026 Honorary Chairs

Dustin Paschal and Paul Simon
Dustin brings a longstanding commitment to leadership and service across North Texas. From his role as Board Chair of the North Texas Community Giving Foundation to his involvement with the National Breast Cancer Foundation and Frisco ISD, he consistently invests in strengthening the community. His belief in creating meaningful opportunities for connection is reflected in his support of Kaleidoscope Park and its role in bringing people together.
Paul is widely known as a trusted advisor and connector, someone who brings people together and helps ideas move forward. His leadership extends beyond his legal practice through years of service in the Dallas legal community and his deep ties to Frisco. As Race Director of the Texas Big Star Half Marathon and a longtime supporter of local initiatives, he has helped create experiences that build connection and community pride.
Together, Dustin and Paul represent the kind of leadership that shapes a community over time. They are thoughtful, grounded, and deeply invested in Frisco’s future. Their willingness to serve as Honorary Chairs reflects a shared belief in what Kaleidoscope Park represents and what it can continue to become.
We are honored to celebrate their leadership at this year’s Sunset Soirée, a moment that also marks America’s 250th birthday and the City of Frisco’s 125th anniversary. Their presence is a powerful reminder that this work matters, this community matters, and what we are building together will last.
Kaleidoscope Park exists because of people who believe in community, connection, and shared responsibility. This year, we are proud to recognize Dustin Paschal and Paul Simon as Honorary Chairs of Sunset Soirée, two leaders deeply rooted in Frisco.
As founders of Simon | Paschal PLLC, Dustin and Paul have built more than a respected law firm. They have created a practice grounded in trust, relationships, and a genuine commitment to the community they call home. For them, community involvement is not an obligation. It is simply part of who they are.
