Scott Boxer is a seasoned executive with over three decades of leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, and service businesses ranging from $40 million to $1.4 billion. A nationally recognized leader in the HVAC industry, he successfully led major divisions at Lennox and York, where he was entrusted with critical turnaround and growth initiatives.

Boxer also served as President and CEO of Service Experts, where he drove strategic growth, operational efficiency, and profitability. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing management teams, revitalized brands, strengthened product lines, and implemented rigorous customer service standards. His leadership extended globally, including 11 years abroad directing UK and European business operations.

An experienced board member, Boxer has served on executive, governance, audit, and compensation committees across multiple organizations, including the Texas Emissions Reduction Planning Advisory Board (as a gubernatorial appointee), the North American Technician Excellence (NATE) Board of Trustees, and the Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Institute Board of Directors, which honored him with a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2010.

Boxer holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
