Kaleidoscope Park To Host Live Well Health Fair, Powered By Baylor Scott & White Health

A day dedicated to health, movement, and mindfulness

FRISCO, Texas (Feb. 27, 2025) – Kaleidoscope Park will host its inaugural Live Well Health Fair, powered by Baylor Scott & White Health, on Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The free event, dedicated to health, movement, and mindfulness, aims to inspire and empower the community to build better habits for everyday life.

Whether community members are seeking expert advice, new fitness routines, or ways to enhance their well-being, there will be something for everyone. The health fair will feature activations including:  

  • Fitness Classes & Demonstrations – Guided workouts, yoga sessions, and movement activities
  • Health & Nutrition Resources – Meal planning, healthy eating habits, and energy tips 
  • Local Wellness Vendors – Fresh market finds, wellness tech, and holistic health solutions
  • Mindfulness & Mental Health – Meditation sessions, stress management workshops, and relaxation techniques
  • Family-Friendly Activities – Interactive games, wellness challenges, and hands-on experiences

Featured vendors will include Barre and Bubbles, Cowboys Fit, Dream Chiropractic, Lifestyle Wellness Center, Magically Face Painting, Marc Z Fitness, Millennia Wellness MD, and many more!

“The power to live well is in all of us, and we are excited to join Kaleidoscope Park in highlighting how impactful physical activity, mental wellbeing and good nutrition can be,” said Wes Tidwell, president of Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Centennial. The Baylor Scott & White team will be offering blood pressure screenings, sharing stroke prevention information and demonstrating first aid skills. The health system will also be providing nutrition tips and hosting “Walk with a Doc” activities to give the public the chance to ask questions about digestive health.

ABOUT HALL PARK
