Marissa Melançon
Community Engagement Officer
Marissa Melançon is the Community Engagement Officer at Kaleidoscope Park, where she is dedicated to fostering community and connection through strategic engagement, marketing, and public relations efforts. With a passion for bringing people together, she leads the development and promotion of thoughtfully curated experiences that strengthen relationships, encourage community participation, and elevate awareness of the Park’s mission. In addition, she cultivates and stewards relationships and oversees communications initiatives that support the Park’s long‑term impact and sustainability.
As a longtime resident of Frisco, Marissa is deeply invested in the community and proud to be raising her family in the area she serves. She attended Southern Methodist University and brings a diverse professional background spanning public service, education, and government work. Her experience across these sectors has shaped a strategic, people‑centered approach to engagement, collaboration, event planning, marketing, and media relations – enabling her to effectively advance the mission and vision of the Kaleidoscope Park Foundation.
