Scott Boxer is a retired President and Chief Operating Officer at EnTouch Controls, where he currently holds Advisory and Board Positions. A nationally recognized leader in the HVAC business, Boxer successfully ran the largest divisions of industry leaders Lennox and York, while also being tapped by their CEOs and boards for critical turnaround and growth challenges. At EnTouch, he served as President and CEO with an unbroken track record of growth, turnarounds, and profits as the P&L leader of manufacturing, distribution, and service businesses of $40 million to $1.4 billion over three decades.

Boxer has served on executive, governance, audit and compensation committees of business and industry boards, including the Texas Emissions Reduction Planning Advisory Board, where he was a Gubernatorial appointee, the North American Technician Excellence (NATE) Board of Trustees, and the Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Institute Board of Directors. He received the “Lifetime Achievement Award” from the Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Institute in 2010. Boxer holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from the University of Rhode Island.
