Lyndsey McAlister is a Dallas based Deloitte & Touche LLP Audit and Assurance partner with 20 years of public accounting experience serving public and privately held companies in the consumer products and technology sectors. Lyndsey’s career reflects a demonstrated track record in leading successful large-scale projects in complex, global business environments. Lyndsey brings deep corporate governance experience through her work with corporate boards, primarily through engagement with the audit committees.

Lyndsey was selected for an accelerated leadership development program with Deloitte’s National Office where she deepened her technical accounting expertise. She also spent three years in Luxembourg serving a strategic client as the regional expert on SEC matters. Lyndsey’s varied background allows her to provide insights beyond compliance. In addition to her attest roles, Lyndsey advises companies on technical accounting and reporting, risk alignment, and control modernization.

Lyndsey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a Spanish minor and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Texas and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She and her husband, Patrick, live in Plano with their three children. Together they are active members of their local church community.
