Andrea Palaschak is the Senior Donor Relations Officer of Kaleidoscope Park Foundation, bringing more than two decades of experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor engagement, and organizational strategy. She supports the Executive Director and Director of Development by cultivating, stewarding, and growing individual giving, with a focus on building strong relationships, and developing thoughtful strategies for long-term philanthropic partnerships.

Andrea spent over 20 years with Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF) in senior roles spanning development, change management, and large-scale event fundraising, where she partnered closely with leadership to strengthen donor outreach, implement systems and processes, and drive sustainable revenue growth. Andrea is known for her ability to build trust with donors, align strategy with mission, and create meaningful engagement experiences that inspire increased support. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Michigan State University.

A Frisco resident, Andrea lives in the community she now serves and brings deep local involvement, professional fundraising experience, and a passion for relationship-building to inspire philanthropic support that will help Kaleidoscope Park thrive for generations to come.
