Barbara Milo
Director
Barbara Milo is Director of Park Experience at HALL Park, where she leads the creation of thoughtful, joy-filled experiences that foster connection, engagement, and a strong sense of community for tenants and their teams. Known affectionately as the “Queen of Fun,” Milo designs programs and amenities that elevate the workplace beyond the traditional office environment and help companies fully leverage HALL Park’s services, events, and shared spaces to support employee satisfaction and well-being.
With more than 23 years at HALL Park, Milo has been instrumental in shaping its culture and tenant experience. She partners closely with companies to enhance day-to-day workplace life by integrating amenities such as fitness centers, conference facilities, on-site services, and community programming—creating environments where people feel connected, supported, and inspired.
A dedicated civic and nonprofit leader, Milo is the Past Chair of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as Chair of the Frisco Chamber Foundation. She has also served as Vice President of Philanthropy for the National Charity League and as Gala Chair for both the Frisco Chamber and City House, a shelter supporting homeless teens and children, helping raise critical funds and awareness for organizations that strengthen the North Texas community.
Her leadership and commitment to community have earned her numerous accolades, including being named one of Frisco’s Women of Inspiration for 2024 in Frisco Enterprise and being recognized as one of Frisco Style Magazine’s 2025 People to Watch for her impact on workplace experience, civic leadership, and community engagement.
