WHAT:

Roll out your mat and get ready to move! 🧘💪 Each Saturday features outdoor yoga alongside a rotating fitness class such as Pilates, boxing, or strength training. Led by experienced instructors from gyms and studios across the community, these sessions are designed for all levels.

First Saturday

9 AM – Poundfit | 10 AM – Cowboys Fit | 11 AM – Hustle House | 12 PM – Core Body Pilates

Second Saturday

9 AM – Yoga (led by John Bamberger) | 10 AM – Barre and Bubbles | 11 AM – Empower35 Fitness

Third Saturday

9 AM – Barre3 | 10 AM – Rumble Boxing | 11 AM – Life Time Fitness

Fourth Saturday

9 AM – Yoga (led by Deanna Schultz) | 10 AM – Body Bar Pilates | 11 AM – Empower35 Fitness | 12 PM – Life Time Fitness
