Join us for a variety of free, energizing fitness classes powered by our official health and wellness sponsor, Baylor Scott & White Health!

Each week features a yoga session and a second rotating class such as Pilates, boxing, or strength training. 🧘💪 Bring your mat, water, and get ready to move!

CLASS SCHEDULE:

• Every Saturday – Yoga | 9 AM *Except 11/1 – No Class*

• Every First Saturday – Cowboys Fit | 10 AM & Hustle House | 11 AM *New Class*

• Every Second Saturday*Except 11/8 – No Class* – Barre & Bubbles Pilates | 10 AM

• Every Third Saturday – Rumble Boxing | 10 AM

• Every Fourth Saturday – BODYBAR Pilates | 10 AM
