Roll out your mat and get ready to move! 🧘💪 Each Saturyay features rotating fitness class such as pilates, boxing, or strength training.
Led by experienced instructors from local gyms and studios, these sessions are designed for all levels.

First Saturday
9 AM – Poundfit | 10 AM – Cowboys Fit | 11 AM – Hustle House | 12 PM – Core Body Pilates
Second Saturday
9 AM – Yoga by John Bamberger | 10 AM – Barre and Bubbles | 11 AM – Empower35 Fitness (excluding March 14th)
Third Saturday
9 AM – Barre3 | 10 AM – Rumble Boxing | 11 AM – LIFE TIME | 12 PM – unscheduled*
Fourth Saturday
9 AM – Yoga (led by Deanna Schultz) | 10 AM – unscheduled* | 11 AM – Empower35 Fitness | 12 PM – LIFE TIME
