Heather Lisle

Director
Heather Lisle is a community leader, connector, and founder of The Leadership Lab, where she helps leaders and organizations strengthen communication, build trust, and create environments where people can thrive. Her work is grounded in the belief that strong communities and strong organizations are built through purposeful relationships, clear communication, and shared commitment.

Heather is actively engaged in the North Texas nonprofit and civic landscape. She serves on the Membership Council at Stonebriar Country Club and chairs Stonebriar Connect, the club’s networking group focused on strengthening relationships and encouraging community engagement among members. She is also Chair of the SWGA Queens Quest, an annual women’s golf tournament recognized as one of the premier women’s tournaments in Texas. In 2026, Queens Quest is proud to partner with Frisco Fastpacs to support food security for children and families in Frisco.

In addition, Heather serves on the board of Ascend Dallas, is the founder of The Champagne Board, a community dedicated to connecting and elevating women leaders, and will serve as emcee for the upcoming annual gala benefiting Frisco Family Services. Across her professional and volunteer roles, Heather is committed to creating spaces that foster connection, generosity, and lasting community impact.
