Our people are thoughtful, caring, and genuine when serving others, and systematic, tactical and strategic when building, developing, and running our Park. In everything we do, we never forget that we work in a park. What better job could there be?

The Kaleidoscope Park Foundation is a nonprofit, charitable organization fully dependent on donations to sustain its operations and programs. Kaleidoscope Park originated through a public-private partnership with the City of Frisco and Communities Foundation of Texas.
The Foundation’s mission is to ensure the Park is operated and activated to only the highest standards, making the Park one of North Texas’s top arts, culture, and family destinations.
Kaleidoscope Park Foundation is managed by its Board of Directors, which includes community members and representatives from the Park’s key partners. The Foundation’s staff oversees park operations, development, programs and events, finances, and marketing.
